The course provides knowledge about preparation, planning, execution and documentation of assembling the bolted connections. The course is a combination of theory and practice and concludes with a theoretical test and a practical test with sensor.

The main objective is to provide the necessary expertise, both knowledge and skills to executive responsible person to dismantle, assemble and attract bolted connections in accordance with EN 1591-4 chapter 8.

The timetable covers the following tables in EN 1591-4: 2013: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9.

- Handlingsmønster ved uønskede hendelser og stans av arbeidet

Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 80%.

LO2 Explain what is meant by ‘radioactive material’ and the difference between alpha particles, beta particles and gamma rays
