Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 80%.

Dette kurset tilfredsstiller krav i Norsok R-003 tillegg B.8 og B.9 vedlikehold og verifikasjon av kompetanse. Simulator trening bør gjennomføres minst hvert tredje år for kranoperatører G5 offshorekran, dekksoperatører kan delta for å øke risikoforståelse, holde seg oppdatert på regelverk.

Målsetningen med kurset er at kranoperatør skal tilegne seg tilstrekkelig kunnskap om sikker bruk av G5 offshorekraner til å håndtere last internt på innretning, til og fra fartøy mellom faste eller flytende innretninger og undervannsløft på en sikker måte. Risikoforståelse, riktig adferd, teknisk systemforståelse og krav i NORSOK R-003 er hovedfokus under gjennomføring.

- Kartlegging av kompetanse
- Kjennskap til ulykker innen kran- og løfteoperasjoner
- Lover, forskrifter, standarder og brukermanual
- NORSOK R-003 sikker bruk av løfteutstyr
- Løfteinnretningens tekniske oppbygning og virkemåte
- Løfteinnretningens sikkerhetssystemer
- Vedlikehold og sakkyndig kontroll
- Planlegging av løfteoperasjoner
- Simulatortrening: kritiske løfteoperasjoner, personalløft med MOB-båt/personalbasket og løft under marginale værforhold
- Simulatortrening: Bruk av sikkerhetssystemer, AOPS, MOPS, nødlåring og nødkjøring
- Simulatortrening: fokus på personlig faktor og reaksjonsmøter
- Evaluering etter hver øvelse i simulator
- Teoretisk eksamen

Kansellering
- Hvis kjøper kansellerer mindre enn tretti (30) dager før oppstartsdato, vil kjøper bli belastet 100% av beløpet for opplæringen.

No show
Ved manglende oppmøte, forbeholder selger seg retten til å fakturere kjøper for "no show" 100 % av beløpet for opplæringen.

This course contains nine modules:

Module 1: An Overview of Gas Liquids

Module 2: Chemical and Physical Properties of Gas Liquids

Module 3: Liquefied Petroleum Gas

Module 4: Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) Recovery

Module 5: Removal of Natural Gas Impurities

Module 6: Liquefaction of Natural Gas

Module 7: Shore-Based Storage of Gas Liquids

Module 8: Transportation of Liquefied Natural Gas

Module 9: Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Issues of Gas Liquids

Is there an assessment?

Once you have completed the course, you will be asked a series of questions to check your knowledge and understanding. These are based on the learning objectives for the course and have a pass mark of 80%.

The course is in accordance with the Norwegian oil and gas training curricula - courses in valve technology.  The course is a combination of theory and practical application and concludes with a web-based exam, which takes about 2 hours to complete.

This training will help participants make their daily work with valves simpler and safer.
 
Course Content
- Operate different valve types optimally
- See the difference between the different types of valves
- See if valves are functioning properly
- Test valves
- Perform 1st line maintenance
- Ensure that valves are and remain atmospherically sealed
- Dismantle and install valves on the line
