- Forskrifter, regelverk og retningslinjer for arbeids- og entringstillatelser
- Sikker entring
- Lekkasjesøk
- Prinsipp for rengjøring og gassfriing av systemer/tanker med vann, damp og nøytralgass N2
- Bærbare gassmålingsinstrumenter som kan måle i nøytralgass(inert) atmosfære
- Teoretiske og praktiske øvelser i gassfriings- og rengjøringsmetoder
- Utarbeide spylingsplan for N2, avstengningsplan og utblindingsplan iht prosedyre
- Gassmålinger i anlegget iht utarbeidede planer over
- Gassfriing (skarp øvelse)
- Avsluttende skriftlig test

In this course, you’ll learn the six characteristics that set effective leaders apart. You’ll discover the differences between managing and leading, and when to do each. And you’ll find out how to create a plan that will help you move from simply managing results to setting vision and leading others.

The goal of this course is that all personnel who use hazardous work equipment, will gain good knowledge of HSE when using work equipment. The course deals with personnel requirements, roles and responsibilities, as well as accidents and regulations on safety.

In addition, the course requires that practical training is conducted on applicable work equipment.

The course covers the following topics:

• Work equipment in general
• Use of work equipment
• Selection of work equipment
• Training in the use of work equipment
• Workspaces and personnel requirements
• Risk assessment
• Safety, accidents and liability
• Direct and underlying causes of accidents
• Relevant laws and regulations

The course includes exercises, and final test with 30 questions.

It is a law of nature, if you work with people, you’re going to have conflict. When people with different viewpoints, backgrounds, personalities, work ethics, and industry experience come together, discord and differences of opinion are inevitable. Wise leaders accept that conflict is a part of work, they anticipate it, and they have a plan to address it. Effective conflict resolution takes practice. You may want to ask an experienced colleague, your HR department, or your manager for suggestions on dealing with this issue. Just realize that while you can’t avoid conflict entirely, you can establish an environment and a process that minimize the damage conflict can cause. 

If managed well, conflict can lead to innovation, stronger teams, and greater personal development—for you and your employees.
